My sister's boyfriend's dad Steve is a mad Collingwood supporter, just like the rest of their family. I mean, they have a cat named Pies. You don't get much more dedicated than that!The family recently held a surprise 50th birthday for Steve at a local Ballarat restaurant. I'd never been to a surprise party before, but it sure was fun being able to jump out and yell 'surprise'! Just as well there was no one to waste the 'good surprise' on, haha!
This cake was chocolate with chocolate buttercream, which was then covered in white and black fondant. I sculpted the magpie on top out of sugarpaste.
