Ivy is a very glamorous girl, so it was glamour all the way when I was designing some looks for her cakes. Ivy wanted to include pearls and black and white in her scheme, so I came up with various looks as well as different combinations of flavours.
Ivy is a mum to gorgeous twin boys and is getting married to her wonderful fiance in January. I was honoured that she asked me to do cupcakes for her wedding.
The cake flavours of choice were white chocolate mud, dark chocolate mud and lemon & coconut. Toppings included dark chocolate ganache, white chocolate ganache, poured fondant, patterned fondant and buttercream (hazelnut, vanilla and peppermint).
The cupcakes were adorned with fondant pearls, roses and blossoms.
So what did Ivy decide upon? You'll just have to wait and see.
