Testing, testing...

I have an order coming up where my client needs her cupcakes to be both dairy and gluten free. I'd never delved into the realm of gluten/dairy free food, so this was a great learning experience for me!

I decided to do a test run using the recipe I had transposed from regular ingredients.

My client is a self confessed chocoholic, so it was only natural I would give her chocolate cupcakes! It also gave me a chance to have a play around with the vast array of sprinkles, cachous and other assorted goodies lurking in my 'cake cupboard'.
