Last night I had the pleasure of meeting another gorgeous couple for a cupcake tasting. Their wedding is in just three weeks, but you wouldn't know it. They are possibly the most relaxed engaged couple I've ever met!
They will be having 120 mini cupcakes for their wedding, so I created the tasting cupcakes in a mini size to ensure the 'look' was true to what they would be seeing on their wedding day.
Cake flavours included chocolate, vanilla bean and lemon. Icing flavours included vanilla bean and raspberry buttercream, along with cream cheese icing.
A decision couldn't be made when it came to the flavours - it was a three way tie. Not to worry - they are having three different flavours on the big day!
Can't wait to work with these two - they are such a lovely couple.
And that just about wrapped it up for my huuuuge weekend of baking!
