They are so easy to make but look great.

Ange, here's the recipe for the gluten/dairy free chocolate cupcakes:

125g Nuttelex
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 tbl cocoa
2 cups gluten free SR flour (minus 3 tbls)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cream Nuttelex, vanilla & sugar until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Sift flour & cocoa, add half flour mixture & milk, stir & add other half.

Spoon into cases & bake @ 180c (160 fan forced) for 15ish minutes.

Use gluten free icing sugar (I used CSR) with Nuttelex to make the icing :)kel @ sweet treatshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11128796057875320772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9076488761310531454.post-85377569374028727292008-04-16T07:04:00.000+10:002008-04-16T07:04:00.000+10:00Hi hon - can you share your gluten free / dairy fr...Hi hon - can you share your gluten free / dairy free recipe?Angelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17154238745517650612noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9076488761310531454.post-83524582604599851232008-04-13T11:30:00.000+10:002008-04-13T11:30:00.000+10:00I just found your blog on the foodie blogroll, it'...I just found your blog on the foodie blogroll, it's great!
