These are made for scrapbooking but I find they are a lot cheaper than the ones specially made for sugarcraft. I bought these in a pack of about 10 plates. From memory it was about $20. I made a buttercream yesterday - 125g butter and 1/2 cup of icing sugar and although the butter was soft, it was still to thick (and most likely too cold) to pipe. Damn these 13 degree days!!! Liss is a very girly girl so I thought they'd suit her perfectly :)<BR/><BR/>Renee - I don't actually use a recipe for my buttercream (I know, I'm odd). I start off by creaming 125-150g butter, then I add about 800g of icing sugar.
